A 40-year-old man was sentenced in the Perth District Court yesterday, 30 January 2020 to 17 years’ and 6 months imprisonment with a non-parole period of 15 years, after he was charged by Sex Assault Squad detectives with Aggravated Sexual Penetration without Consent, Aggravated Indecent Assault and Burglary relating to the violent sexual assault of a woman in her 70s in her Armadale home on 21 June 2018.
