Man suffers broken jaw and stab wounds during brawl, NSW

A man has been taken to hospital and five people have been arrested after a brawl in the car park of a shopping centre in Mt Druitt this afternoon.

Shortly before 3pm (Thursday 25 February 2020), emergency services were called to the car park on Carlise Avenue following reports of a brawl.

On arrival, police found a 20-year-old man suffering a broken jaw and a number of stab wounds.

He was treated at the scene before being taken to Westmead Hospital for further treatment to non-life-threatening injuries.

Five males were arrested and have been taken to Mt Druitt Police Station where they are assisting with inquiries.
