New industrial land at Casino has been released to encourage investors in the food processing and value adding supply chain to locate in Northern NSW.
Richmond Valley Council is selling nine industrial zoned lots at Reynold Roads, Casino. The lots are based in the Richmond Valley Regional Job Precinct and range up to five hectares.
The Reynolds Road lots, as part of the Regional Job Precinct, will offer improved planning pathways, such as cutting red and green tape with accelerated planning approvals and give businesses a strong competitive advantage in the area.
The development of industrial land in Casino is an important step in building up Northern NSW as a food crop value adding hub and will help to boost local employment.
