Masseuse charged over sexual offences in Mosman

A man has appeared in court today charged with sexual offences following an investigation into two alleged incidents at a wellness clinic in Sydney’s north.

On Saturday (16 July 2022), officers from North Shore Police Area Command commenced an investigation following reports a 28-year-old woman was allegedly sexually assaulted during a massage at a business in Mosman.

The following day (Sunday 17 July 2022), police received a further report from another woman of a separate incident alleged to have occurred at the same business.

Following inquiries, detectives arrested a 50-year-old man at a home in Killara, about 5.45pm yesterday (Tuesday 19 July 2022).

He was taken to Chatswood Police Station and charged with sexual intercourse without consent and four counts of sexually touch another person without consent.

The man was refused bail and appeared before Hornsby Local Court today (Wednesday 20 July 2022), where he was granted conditional bail to reappear at the same court on Wednesday 14 September 2022.

The women are not known to each other.
