Goulburn Mulwaree Council
Goulburn Mulwaree Council advises that major works have commenced on the replacement of Mayfield Road Bridge over Borough Creek.
The project will entail the removal of the current deteriorated timber bridge and its replacement with a new two-lane, dual-span concrete bridge. Additionally, the works will include the realignment of approach roads.
Once the new bridge is in operation, the existing concrete culvert will be removed, and the area rehabilitated. Council aims to finish this project by December 2024, weather permitting.
Council appreciates this can be temporarily inconvenient for residents and appreciates your understanding during these works.
