The Western Australian State of Energy Export Awards program recognises the confidence, capability and energy of local businesses that thrive in global markets.
Since 1988, the Western Australian (WA) State of Energy Export Awards program has celebrated local exporters that help drive economic momentum, create jobs and showcase WA’s capabilities on a global stage.
The 2026 winners were announced and celebrated at the WA State of Energy Export Awards 2026 Gala Dinner, held on Friday 9 October 2026.

This year’s winners reflect the confidence, capability and energy of local businesses that continue to succeed in international markets. Their achievements span a range of industries and export destinations, highlighting the important contribution exporters make to the State’s economy.
WA is Australia’s most export-oriented state, with net exports of goods and services accounting for 44 per cent of gross state product in 2025-26. This reflects the significant role international trade plays in the State’s economic development, with local exporters continuing to make an important contribution to WA’s economic priorities.
We wish all category winners the best of luck as they automatically progress as finalists in the Australian Export Awards, facilitated by the Australian Trade and Investment Commission.
