Traffic Enforcement Group officers are investigating a serious crash that occurred in Merriwa on Friday, 27 November 2020.
About 2.30pm, a grey Toyota Hilux utility was turning left from Hester Avenue onto Connolly Drive at the roundabout when the vehicle struck a 79-year-old man who was crossing the road.
The 79-year-old pedestrian was conveyed by ambulance to the Joondalup Health Campus for treatment of a hip injury.
Traffic Enforcement Group officers are urging anyone who saw this incident, or the Toyota Hilux utility being driven in the area prior to the crash, is asked to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or report the information online at www.crimestopperswa.com.au.
