Whether you are in to drones or drumming, murals or Minecraft, Baw Baw’s Youth Week program offers something for everyone – and best of all, most activities are free.

Coinciding with the first week of the school holidays, Youth Week activities run from Monday 28 June to Friday 2 July, with all events open to Baw Baw residents under the age of 25.

Budding animators can learn the art of Stop Motion, while those interested in Print Making can register for a free session with local artist Helen Timbury.

Learn the rhythms of djembe drumming and practice mindfulness or master the basics of aerosol art in a limited-space workshop with State of the Art Murals.

Drone workshops with Michael Green from Drift Media will offer essential tips on drone flying, a free showing of Little Women will be held at Warragul Cinema with snacks and adult colouring, and Warragul Leisure Centre will offer a pool inflatables course for to bounce, balance and manoeuvre your way through.

Minecraft and X-Box parties will be hosted at Drouin and Warragul Libraries, while those wanting to get moving can try their hand at a yoga or Fitness Friday class.

Grab your friends and get involved – just remember that registrations are required in advance and numbers for some activities are strictly limited, so check out the schedule now and get yourself booked in!
