An elderly couple missing in North West Tasmania were safely located by police in the Dial Range area near Riana a short time ago.
Members of the search team located the missing vehicle on the side of Cookes Road shortly before 10.30am this morning before locating the man and woman a short time later.
The pair were located cold and wet with minor injuries and are being assessed by Ambulance Tasmania paramedics at the scene.
Police would like to thank all emergency services and members of the public for their assistance in the search to locate the missing people.
