Momentum Life Receives Feefo Gold Trusted Service Award for a Third Time in 2019

For the third year running, Momentum Life has received a Feefo Gold Trusted Service Award, recognising their commitment to providing exceptional experiences, as rated by real customers.

Momentum Life, a licensed and trusted direct-to-consumer life insurer in New Zealand, and more recently known for their “Less is Best” television commercial, has won the Feefo Gold Trusted Service Award for 2019, an honour it also received in 2017 and 2018. These awards are presented to businesses using Feefo, an independent customer review platform, to collect genuine ratings and reviews from verified customers.
This accreditation remains unique, as it is based purely on feedback from real customers. The Gold Trusted Service for which Momentum Life has been recognised is awarded only to brands that achieved a rating of over 4.5 out of 5.0 from 1 January 2018 to 31 December 2018.

Momentum Life also recently launched their latest Funeral Insurance campaign, “Less is Best,” featuring a typical Kiwi couple enjoying their golden years with fewer financial worries.
“Our ‘Less is Best’ campaign is in good fun but highlights just how affordable Momentum Life’s policies can be,” adds Richardson. “We really believe that less is best when it comes to paying for funeral cover, and we’ve built our new policies around this idea.
