A major exhibition from the Cbus Collection of Australian Art featuring over thirty significant artists will be on show at the Latrobe Regional Gallery until October 13. This is a great opportunity to see Australian art that hasn’t been displayed in public for a number of years giving the community of Latrobe City a rare glimpse of impressionist, modern and post-modern periods of Australian art.
Cbus Superannuation Company selected Latrobe Regional Gallery to manage the prestigious Cbus Collection of Australian Art to ensure that it is professionally cared for and shared with the Australian public through exhibitions such as this one. Latrobe Regional Gallery is proud to have Australian artists on display and inspire young artists with the variety of native themes and indigenous artworks.
In ‘Morning, Noon and Night’ artists depict different times of day, sometimes as a record of atmosphere and sometimes as a metaphor for existential questions.
The Cbus Collection of Australian Art will run until October 13 and is free to the public.
