Mothers’ Day has become the latest victim of the politically correct brigade after a Sydney early learning centre has chosen not to celebrate the time-honoured tradition out of respect for families that don’t have the standard mother-father-children set up.
The Learn and Laugh Centre in Drummoyne says they want to be more inclusive of all family dynamics and they’ve also chosen not to celebrate Fathers’ Day … Conservative Party leader Cory Bernardi says he’s been aware of this kind of PC idiocy for years.
Senator Bernardi has told Sydney radio station 2GB’s Ben Fordham it’s another dangerous development for Australian society.
