Police are investigating after a motorcyclist died in Caroline Springs this morning.
Police were told the motorbike struck a tree on Rockbank Middle Road about 10.30am.
The rider, a 49-year-old Caroline Springs man, sadly died.
The exact circumstances of the crash and cause of the man’s death are yet to be determined.
Police are appealing to anyone who witnessed the collision or were in the vicinity at the time and have dashcam footage to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or at www.crimestoppersvic.com.au
Police will prepare a report for the Coroner.
