A report will be prepared for the information of the Coroner after a rider died following a motorcycle crash in Kuring Gai Chase today.
Shortly before 9am (Saturday 20 July 2019), emergency services were called to a carpark on West Head Road, after reports a motorcycle rider had lost control, veered off the road and crashed.
The rider, a man aged in his 20s, died at the scene.
Officers from Northern Beaches Police Area Command established a crime scene and commenced investigations into the circumstances surrounding the crash.
West Head Road is currently closed in both directions.
