Mornington Peninsula Shire is about to begin important reconstruction works on the Mount Martha tennis courts along the esplanade in Mount Martha.

The popular courts are in poor condition and we will bring them up to Tennis Australia Club Competition standards.

Works will include improvements to the tennis court surfaces, lighting, fencing and installation of a ‘book a court system’.

The project is funded by Mornington Peninsula Shire ($878,417), the Victorian Government’s Local Sports Infrastructure Fund ($300,000) and the Mount Martha Tennis Club ($80,000).

We’ll aim to begin construction next week, and expect to complete works by end of February 2024.
