Police can advise one person has died following a serious crash on State Highway 1, Sanson on Friday 17 November.
He was 25-year-old Daniel Armstrong of Matamata.
Daniel was initially transported to hospital in a critical condition and has since passed away from their injuries.
Our thoughts are with his family at this difficult time.
An investigation into the crash remains ongoing.
