During the Ordinary Council Meeting held on 20 June 2023, Narrandera Shire Council approved Development Application DA-048-2022-2023 for the construction of an Industrial Workshop owned by Bhullar Group, at 5 Drover Place, Red Hill Industrial Estate.
The application was carefully considered and evaluated against the provisions outlined in the Narrandera Local Environmental Plan 2013, Narrandera Development Control Plan (as varied), and the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.
After thorough assessment, Council found that the proposed Industrial Workshop satisfied all necessary requirements and regulations. Potential impacts were adequately addressed through the inclusion of appropriate conditions, ensuring that the development aligns with the community’s needs and environmental considerations.
The approval of the Industrial Workshop at 5 Drover Place signifies the council’s commitment to facilitating responsible development within the Narrandera Shire. The project is expected to bring economic benefits to the area while maintaining compliance with relevant planning regulations and guidelines.
