As stated by Hamilton City Area Commander Andrea McBeth.
Police are now in a position to release the name of the man who died in Nawton, Hamilton on Monday 21 February.
He was Raumati Koanga Edwards aged 37 years of Hamilton.
Police extend condolences to Mr Edwards’ friends and whānau.
The investigation in to the circumstances of Mr Edwards’ death is ongoing.
