Bass Coast Shire Council’s 2022/23 kerbside bin calendars are now available.
The calendars, which take effect from September, can be downloaded at www.basscoast.vic.gov.au/bincalendar, or picked up from any of Council’s Customer and Visitor Service Centres.
There are different calendars for the two collection zones, so be sure to select the correct one for your area. Zone 1 includes Cape Woolamai, Wimbledon Heights, Ventnor, Newhaven, Rhyll, Smiths Beach, Sunderland Bay, Surf Beach, Sunset Strip, Bass, Grantville, Pioneer Bay, Jam Jerrup, The Gurdies, Lang Lang, Silverleaves and Cowes. Zone 2 includes Corinella, Coronet Bay, Tenby Point, Dalyston, Harmers Haven, Kilcunda, San Remo, Archies Creek, Cape Paterson, Inverloch, Wonthaggi, South Dudley and Wattle Bank.
Council’s bin collection calendars make it easy for customers to quickly find out which bins are collected on which days.
The calendars also have key dates listed, including additional recycling collections over the summer holiday period, the free green waste disposal period from 29 October to 20 November, and the Detox Your Home event on Sunday, 30 October.
