Macedon Fire Brigade has been awarded a grant of $3,000 to purchase six breathing apparatus cylinders.
Corinne Shaddock (Community Bank Gisborne & Districts) presented Captain Ross Luke and brigade members with the new cylinders.
Thanks to the generosity of Bendigo Bank – Gisborne, this grant will considerably enhance the brigade’s capabilities to deal safely with fires where there’s a danger of noxious gases or heavy smoke such as in house and vehicle fires.
