Vaccination information for this clinic:
- This clinic is offering Pfizer third (booster) doses for eligible people 16 years and older.
- This clinic is also offering Pfizer doses for children 5-11. Children receiving a vaccine must have a parent or legal guardian present.
- For your second dose, your first dose must have been at least 3 weeks ago. You will need to bring evidence you have received your first dose to receive your second dose.
- For your third dose (booster), your second dose must have been at least 3 months ago. This is not mandatory but is recommended.
- You will need to bring evidence of your second dose to receive a third dose (booster). Patients receiving third doses will be provided with Pfizer. Your third dose does not have to be the same as your first or second dose.

Who Can Enter?
- The first 100 people who attend the Brunswick Town Hall pop up clinic and get vaccinated against COVID-19, distributed to the first 50 on 26 February 2022 or the first 50 on 27 February 2022 to receive their vaccines and collect a single swim pass.
- Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter including but not limited to Moreland City Council staff and contractors associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
How to enter and win
The entire promotional period commences on Saturday 26 February 2022 and ends on Sunday 27 February 2022.
To receive 1 x free pool pass to Brunswick Baths, individuals must get their COVID-19 vaccination at the Western Health run COVID vaccination clinic in Brunswick Town Hall and be one of the first 50 people to arrive on each day. There will be 50 passes handed out to the first 50 people who receive their COVID-19 vaccination on Saturday 26 February 2022 and 50 passes handed out to the first 50 people who received their COVID-19 vaccination on Sunday 27 February 2022 between 10am-3pm
Prizes
- 1 x pool pass at Brunswick Baths during the promotional period (26-27 February 2022).
Validity of the prize cannot be extended and prizes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. The prizes are subject to individual terms and conditions as specified on the vouchers.
All prizes will be handed to winners on the day of vaccination (26-27 February 2022).
All winners will be required to provide proof to the Promoter’s satisfaction of their full COVID-19 vaccination status before any prizes will be awarded.
