New cyber security campaign

The ACSC’s cyber security campaign encourages all Australians to act now and stay secure. Even small steps can make a big difference.

Australians looking to strengthen their cyber defences and help protect themselves against online threats can find easy-to-follow cyber security advice on cyber.gov.au.

Ransomware is the initial focus of the campaign.

Ransomware attacks can cause serious financial and reputational damage to Australian businesses and organisations – cyber criminals are relentless in their efforts to steal money and data from Australians.
