With Commissioner’s Instructions 48 , 49 and 50 in effect today and Commissioner’s Instructions 2 and 39 rescinded, we have established the settings for a more efficient and effective approach to recruitment.

New jobs website

The new, improved WA Government Jobs website is now live.

It provides job seekers with significantly improved experiences as they search for public sector roles suited to their qualifications, interests and career goals.

The website will be further enhanced in future years providing an even more interactive experience for people seeking their perfect job.

Hiring Managers’ Toolkit

This updated toolkit has a range of practical guidance, checklists, templates and resources for public sector hiring managers.

It is the go-to toolkit for building a recruitment process that meets the needs of applicants and delivers the best possible results for agencies.

Recruitment hub

The recruitment hub on WA.gov.au continues to provide public sector human resources teams with comprehensive guidance and support for the new recruitment rules, with fresh resources recently added.
