The TGA has released a new information page relating to the availability of s 9D(1) of the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989 (the Act) to correct information in the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (ARTG) about listed medicines.
If you are a sponsor of a listed medicine and intend to submit an application under s 9D(1) of the Act, please refer to Availability of s 9D(1) pathway to correct information in the ARTG about listed medicines prior to submitting your application.
