AAT
Updates have been made to the online application form for reviews in our Migration and Refugee Division.
The updated online application form includes changes:
- to the representative and declaration sections of the form, and
- to the types of decision the AAT can review to include decisions made under section 197D(2) of the Migration Act 1958 (Cth) about protection findings.
The new online application form is available on our website from 8 November 2021.
