On Monday, 21 December our Shellharbour COVID-19 Assessment Clinic relocated to a new site at 5/8 Memorial Drive, Shellharbour City Centre.
The clinic will be open 8am to 4.30pm Monday – Friday and 8.30am to 4.30pm Saturday and Sunday.
Phone 1300 221 539. No referral is required and people attending are asked to wear a mask.
