The Knox Over 55s Zest4Life program offers a range of free and low-cost events and activities designed to support people to remain active and socially connected within Knox.
We are excited to announce that registrations are now open for the September and October Zest4Life program. This exciting program includes activities for the Knox Seniors Festival which will be held 1-15 October 2021.
Highlights of our latest program include:
- 23 September – Author Talk: Lainie Chait
- 1 October – How to get older without getting old presented by Linda Black
- 4 October – Life Hacks Workshop
- 7 October – Movie Day: Yesterday
