News from tonight’s Hobart City Council Planning Committee meeting

60 Lansdowne Crescent, West Hobart

The Hobart City Council Planning Committee has approved a development application for partial demolition, alterations, and for four multiple dwellings (three existing, one new) at 60 Lansdowne Crescent, West Hobart.

The proposal includes alterations to the ground floor to remove ground floor car parking and one storage area to be replaced with four additional dwellings within the building, removal of roller doors and installation of new sliding doors, an external door, and a new car parking area for four vehicles.

1A Crelin Street, 52 St George Terrace, Battery Point and adjoining right of way

The Hobart City Council Planning Committee has approved a development application for a dwelling at 1A Crelin Street, 52 St Georges Terrace, Battery Point and the adjoining right of way.

The application includes a new single storey dwelling, a new detached two storey single car garage and workshop, external pathways and decking, and vehicular access on an existing unaddressed right of way.
