- Flash flooding in Melbourne yesterday afternoon.
- Cold and squally conditions on the way Thursday into Friday.
- Showers expected, isolated thunderstorms and small hail possible.
- Warning may be issued for damaging winds late Thursday.
- Conditions will slowly ease into Saturday.
