Detectives from Greater Dandenong Crime Investigation Unit are appealing for information following an aggravated burglary which occurred in Noble Park last month.
Investigators have been told a man broke into a property on Charnfield Crescent about 4.30pm on 19 January.
He was confronted by a resident and fled from the property.
Police have released an image of a man that they believe may be able to assist with their enquires.
