North Fremantle indecent assault investigation

Sex Assault Squad detectives are investigating the alleged indecent assault of two women by an unknown man in North Fremantle on Monday, 20 September 2021.

Around 12.25am, the women (one in her 20s and the other in her 30s) had walked over the Fremantle traffic bridge and were near the intersection of Queen Victoria Street and Tydeman Road when a man approached them from behind and indecently assaulted them.

The man is described as 20 to 30 years old with fair skin, and short light brown hair. He was wearing a dark hoodie with white writing on the back and dark coloured pants.

As part of the investigation, detectives wish to identify the man pictured who they believe can assist them with their inquiries.

Detectives urge anyone who was in the area around the time of the incident who saw the man or has dash-cam vision of the area to come forward.
