Nothing small about this business expo

Good things come in small packages and Logan is home to many small businesses that punch well above their weight.

The third Annual Logan and Surrounds Small Business Expo is another chance for the city’s vibrant small business community to come together to network and learn about the latest ways to grow their businesses.

Proudly sponsored by Logan City Council, the expo features more than 100 exhibitors.

Organisers are promising more than a talkfest, saying it will be an opportunity to generate sales leads and establish new contacts.

Director of Strategy and Sustainability David Hansen said Council has a long history of supporting small business in Logan.

“Logan continues to show strong population and economic growth and its small business community is a big driver of that,” he said.

“Logan City Council’s small business support service provides free and low-cost business support services for Logan-based business owners needing assistance to establish, sustain and grow their businesses.

“We’re also big supporters of events like the Logan and Surrounds Small Business Expo which provides an opportunity for businesses to work together and prosper.”

The expo is at the Mount Warren Sports Centre from 10am to 4pm on Friday, August 30.

It’s free to attend but you must register first at loganbusinessexpo.eventbrite.com.au.
