Land Acquisition (Just Terms Compensation) Act 1991

By Notice published in the NSW Government Gazette No. 492 dated 1 October 2021 on page 7, Council compulsorily acquired Lot 1 Deposited Plan 1133980 (being land comprised in Certificate of Title Folio Lot 7311 Deposited Plan 1181340), for the purpose of a Drainage Basin 3, Pitman Avenue, Buronga.

Classification of Land

In accordance with Section 34 of the Local Government Act 1993 (LGA) Wentworth Shire Council hereby gives notice of a proposed resolution to classify the land described in the following schedule as Operational, pursuant to section 31 of the LGA Act.
