Monash City Council (‘Council’) gives notice under Clause 3 of Schedule 10 of the Local Government Act 1989 (‘the Act’) of its intention to discontinue the roads shown hatched on the plan (the ‘Proposal’) that form part of the Mount Waverley Reserve.
If discontinued, Council will retain the land and consolidate as part of the Mount Waverley Reserve.
Pursuant to Section 223 of the Act, any person wishing to make a submission on the Proposal must do so in writing by the close of business on Monday 4 April 2022.

Submitters may request to speak to their submission (or have a person speak on their behalf) at a meeting of a Committee of Council comprising Mount Waverley Ward Councillors and the Mayor at 7.15pm on Tuesday 17 May 2022 at the Monash Civic Centre.
All submissions will be considered in accordance with Section 223 of the Act before deciding whether to proceed with the Proposal.
