Pursuant to Section 47A of the Local Government Act 1993 (the LGA), Bayside Council gives notice of its intention to grant a lease agreement over Community Land known as Part Kingsgrove Ave Reserve, 15B Kingsgrove Ave, Kingsgrove (Part Lot 65 DP 1221618), shown on the map below shaded in blue.
Bayside Council proposes to grant a lease for a period of five (5) years to Optus Mobile Pty Ltd for the purpose of maintaining and operating the existing telecommunication network service.
