Willoughby City
Willoughby City Council is proposing to grant a licence in respect of community land known as Devonshire Street Child Care Centre (located on Lot 1 DP 1003934) at 34-40 Devonshire Street Chatswood.
The licencing pertains to section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993 (NSW) and proposes to permit the operation and management of improvements for purposes of a long day care centre. The proposed licensee is Mini Masterminds (ABN 57 603 791 037).
The term of the proposed licence is for a period of 10 years with an option of 10 years.
Written submissions concerning this proposal may be made to Council up to and including 29 July 2023.
