Changed traffic conditions will be in place at times during the week beginning Monday 25 October on Macaulay Street near the Tank Street intersection to facilitate the installation of a new shared pathway. The works may be delayed until the week beginning 1 November 2021 depending on weather.
The left turning lane from Macaulay Street to Tank Street will be closed to traffic during the works. Drivers will still be able to turn left into Tank Street from the through traffic lane.
These works are part of a major program of works being undertaken by Lithgow City Council this year that will provide safe pathways for pedestrians and cyclists along the Farmers Creek corridor.
