NSW police appeal after indecent act at Beverly Hills caf

Police are appealing for the public’s help to locate a man as they investigate an indecent act at a Beverly Hills café earlier this month.

Police have been told that just after 8.40am on Thursday 1 August 2019, a 27-year-old woman was working at the café on King Georges Road, when she saw an unknown man – sitting at a table after ordering a coffee – performing a sexual act.

The woman left and walked to a neighbouring shop to seek help, and the man was seen to leave and walk north on King Georges Road.

Police were contacted and officers attached to St George Police Area Command commenced inquiries.

Investigators are now appealing for help to locate a man described as being of Caucasian appearance, with a tanned complexion, about 180cm tall, with a medium build.

He is depicted wearing a purple jacket, jeans, grey shoes, a black cap, and has a tattoo on the back of his neck.

Anyone who may have witnessed, been driving through the area at the time and captured dashcam vision, or have information that may assist, is urged to come forward.

Anyone with information about this incident is urged to contact Crime Stoppers: 1800 333 000 or https://nsw.crimestoppers.com.au. Information is treated in strict confidence.
