NSW police appeal for witnesses after robbery at Orange

Police are appealing for information after a robbery in the state’s Central West yesterday.

About 7.15pm (Thursday 9 July 2020), a 26-year-old man left a licensed premises on Burrendong Way, Orange and began walking along Victoria Street, when he was approached from behind by three unknown males.

The man was punched in the face and struck to the mouth, causing him to fall to the ground. The men took cash, and credit cards from his wallet before fleeing.

The injured man sustained minor injuries and notified police.

Officers attached to Central West Police District attended and commenced an investigation into the incident.
