NSW police charge man after $30,000 jewellery stolen in Kellyville break-in

A man will face court today after jewellery worth $30,000 was stolen from a Kellyville home earlier this month.

Officers attached to The Hills Proactive Team yesterday (Monday 15 July 2019) executed a search warrant at a house on Seventh Street, Granville.

The warrant was a part of an ongoing inquiry into a break-in at Kellyville on 8 July where jewellery valued at $30,000 was stolen.

A 38-year-old man was arrested at the Granville address and has been charged with

break, enter and steal; he has been refused bail prior to his appearance at Parramatta Local Court today (Tuesday 16 July 2019).

The jewellery is still to be recovered and police are continuing their investigations.
