NSW police charge man and woman with supply of MDMA at Dubbo

A man and woman have been charged after allegedly supplying the prohibited drug, MDMA, from licensed premises in the state’s Central West.

On Saturday evening (20 July 2019), officers attached to Orana Mid-Western Police District responded to a report of a break and enter at a Twickenham Drive home in Dubbo.

Police found the garage door open and a rear door had been forced.

On further inspection of the house, it is alleged police observed illicit drug paraphernalia consistent with drug supply.

At 10.40pm Sunday (21 July 2019), police returned to the home to speak with its occupants regarding the drug paraphernalia.

A man and woman, aged 19, were arrested and taken to Dubbo Police Station where they were charged with supply prohibited drug and possess prohibited drug.

They were granted bail and will appear before Dubbo Local Court on Wednesday 18 September 2019.

Investigations into the matter are continuing.
