A man will appear in court after allegedly sexually touching a girl on a bus travelling between Coffs Harbour and Sydney yesterday.
Officers from Sydney City Police Area Command commenced an investigation following reports a 16-year-old girl was sexually touched by a man while travelling on bus near Bulahdelah, on the mid-North Coast.
Following inquiries, police arrested a 24-year-old man when the bus arrived in Sydney around 7.30am.
He was taken to Day Street Police Station and charged with sexually touch another person without consent.
The man has been refused bail to appear at Parramatta Local Court today (Saturday 5 December 2020).
