A teenage boy will appear in court today charged after two teens were allegedly stabbed in Sydney’s south west yesterday.
Just before 6pm (Monday 9 November 2020), emergency services were called to Birriwa reserve on Fitzpatrick Road, Mount Annan, following reports of a brawl.
Officers from Camden Police Area Command attended, and the group began to disperse on foot and in vehicles.
Police have been told a 16-year-old boy, suffered two stab wounds during the brawl. A second boy, aged 15, is reported to have been walking through the park when he was confronted and stabbed, suffering multiple wounds.
Both teens were picked up and taken to Campbelltown Hospital where they remain in a stable condition.
Shortly after, a 15-year-old boy was arrested in the backyard of a home on Obrien Street and taken to Narellan Police Station.
He was charged with wound person with intent to cause grievous bodily harm.
The Hinchinbrook teen has been refused bail to appear at a children’s court today (Tuesday 10 November 2020).
