NSW police charge two men over ‘dial a dealer’ drug supply at Parramatta

Two men appeared in court today for their alleged role in a cocaine syndicate operating across the Sydney Metropolitan area.

In July 2020, officers attached to Gordon Region Enforcement Squad commenced investigations into the on-going supply of cocaine using a ‘dial a dealer’ delivery service.

The investigation led police to execute four search warrants; one at a commercial premise at Punchbowl, a residential premises at Auburn, a second at a residence on Gilbert Street, North Parramatta, and the third at Greenacre.

More than 5kg of cocaine was allegedly found at the Greenacre residence.

Two men aged 21 and 26 were arrested at Auburn and Greenacre and taken to Burwood Police Station where the younger man was charged with supply prohibited drug and participate in a criminal group.

The older man was charged with supply prohibited drug (large commercial quantity), supply prohibited drug (ongoing basis) and participating in a criminal group.

Both men appeared in Burwood Local Court today (Thursday 26 November 2020) where they were refused bail to re-appear in the same court on Wednesday 27 January 2021.
