NSW police launch investigation into break and enter at Tocumwal

An investigation is underway after a home was broken into in Tocumwal overnight.

About 10.30pm yesterday (Monday 16 May 2022), two unknown men broke into a home on Tuppal Road, Tocumwal, and stole jewellery, farming equipment and cash.

Officers from Murray River Police District attended and established a crime scene, which was examined by specialist forensic officers.

Detectives have commenced an investigation and are appealing for help from the public to identify the two men, who were last seen leaving the property and entering a white vehicle, before travelling along Tuppal Road towards the Riverina Highway.

No one was physically injured during the incident.
