Police are appealing for dashcam footage after a pedestrian was killed in Crows Nest last week.
Just after 11am on Thursday 2 May 2019, emergency services were called to the intersection of Willoughby Road and Albany Road, after reports of a crash.
Police have been told an 83-year-old woman, and her husband were attempting to cross Willoughby Road, when they were struck by a cement truck that was travelling north.
The woman died at the scene, while her husband was taken to Royal North Shore Hospital suffering shock.
The 35-year-old truck driver was also taken to hospital for mandatory tests.
Officers from the Metropolitan Crash Investigation Unit are now appealing for public assistance for anyone who may have witnessed, or have dashcam footage of the incident to come forward.
