NSW police responding to fatal motorcycle crash at Glossodia

A man has died following a single-vehicle crash in Sydney’s west today.

Just before 2pm (Thursday 14 October 2021), emergency services were called to Creek Ridge Road, Glossodia, following reports a motorcycle had left the road and hit a tree.

Despite the efforts of emergency services, the rider – believed to be aged in his 40s – died at the scene.

He is yet to be formally identified.

Officers from Hawkesbury Police Area Command established a crime scene and commenced an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the crash.

As inquiries continue, anyone with information, or dashcam footage from the area, is urged to come forward.
