NSW police search for teen continues

A coordinated search is continuing for a teenager at The Basin, Kentlyn, near Campbelltown.

Just before 2.40pm (Wednesday 20 January 2021), emergency services were called to The Basin, Georges River Road. Kentlyn following reports a 15-year-old boy had not resurfaced while swimming.

Police have been told, four teenagers entered the water and only three resurfaced. Witnesses contacted emergency services and officers from Campbelltown City Police Area Command attended and commenced a search.

Police divers are at the scene assisting.
