NSW police seek information after crash at Emu Plains

Police are appealing for public assistance following a crash in Emu Plains this afternoon.

About 3.30pm today (Monday 1 November 2021), emergency services were called to the intersection of Punt Road and the Great Western Highway, Emu Plains, following reports of a motorcycle crash.

Police have been told the male motorcyclist crashed into a telegraph pole.

He was treated by NSW Ambulance paramedics at the scene and taken to Westmead Hospital in a serious condition.

Officers attached to Nepean Police Area Command are investigating the incident, with the assistance of the Crash Investigation Unit.

As inquiries continue, police are appealing to anyone that may have information or dashcam footage of the incident to come forward.
