NSW police seek information after up skirting incident

Police are appealing for information after a man is alleged to have filmed a female in a private act in the Sydney CBD earlier this year.

About 9pm on Friday 2nd October 2020, a woman was in a toilet cubical at Circular Quay Railway Station when a man allegedly placed a phone under the cubicle door and made a recording before walking away.

Police were notified of the incident and officers from the Police Transport Command commenced an investigation.

Police have now released images of a man who may be able to assist police with their inquiries.

The man has been described as being of Asian in appearance, medium build and aged between 20 – 30. At the time he was wearing a blue hooded jumper, black shorts, brown boots and carrying a black back pack.

Anyone who may have witnessed the incident, or has information about the identity of the man, is urged to contact police.
